I'm thrilled to announce the premiere of my latest movie, GOIN' MONKEYWRENCHIN' AGAIN with EARTH FIRST! CO-FOUNDER BART KOEHLER. I completed this yesterday, two years to the day after Bart performed his final concert, due to the progression of his Parkinson's Disease. He's now in hospice care and can no longer play guitar.
This is the only video ever shot of Bart performing as JOHNNY SAGEBRUSH, the first Earth First! musician. Bart is one of the five co-founders of Earth First! over 45 years ago when he wrote and performed these funny songs about our struggles as anti-Reagan and anti-James Watt radical ecology direct action activists at Earth First! recruitment road shows he conducted with DAVE FOREMAN.
